How we bid, staff and build heavy civil work across the Puget Sound.
Heavy civil work across the Puget Sound: concrete and asphalt paving, roadway and arterial rebuilds, excavation and mass grading, storm and sanitary utilities, water mains, site development and habitat restoration. We work for public agencies, ports, airports and private industrial owners.

Yes. We are a licensed Washington State contractor, fully bonded and insured, and prequalified with WSDOT and the public agencies we regularly build for. Certificates and bonding capacity letters are available on request during bid.
We self-perform 85–90% of the work on a typical project with our own crews, equipment and paving resources. That keeps schedule, quality and cost control in-house rather than spread across subcontractors.
Use the Get a Quote form and include the scope, location, schedule and any plans or specifications. Most estimates are returned within 3–5 business days; for public bids we respond on the advertised bid date.
