Information we collect
We collect only what you send us: your name, company, email address, phone number, project location and any details, drawings or specifications you include with a quote or contact request. We do not sell personal information.
How we use it
Submitted information is used to prepare estimates, respond to inquiries, coordinate project work, and keep records required for bidding, bonding, contracting and warranty purposes.
Form delivery
Quote and contact forms open your own email client and send the message directly to our office inbox. Messages travel through your email provider and ours, and are retained in our business records.
Cookies and analytics
This site does not set advertising cookies or sell tracking data. Basic hosting logs (IP address, browser type, pages requested) may be recorded by our hosting provider for security and performance.
Mobile opt-in and text messaging
Mobile opt-in information and phone numbers are never shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing purposes. If you consent to receive text messages from us, that consent and your phone number are used only to contact you about your inquiry or project, and are not sold, rented or shared for any marketing or promotional use.
How you opt in to text messages
End users opt in through a web or in-person form with explicit consent (an unchecked checkbox or a signature). Customers receive messages about their own project only, typically 1–5 messages per project. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help. Third parties
Map tiles are served by OpenStreetMap and web fonts by Google Fonts; those providers may log a request when their content loads. We share your project information only with our staff, subcontractors, sureties and agencies involved in your project, or where required by law.
Data retention and security
Project correspondence is retained for the duration of the project and any legally required record-keeping period. We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards to protect it.
Your choices
You may ask us to correct or delete the information you have submitted, unless we are required to retain it for contract, bonding or legal reasons.
