Scope of work
Phased replacement of airfield concrete panels, drainage upgrades and electrical conduit within active airfield operations.
The challenge
All work had to be completed inside nightly closure windows without impacting flight operations the following morning.
Our solution
Self-performed paving and electrical crews worked in tightly sequenced night shifts with high-early-strength concrete mixes.
Outcome
Every closure window returned to service on schedule with zero operational impacts.
